Note:
In general, all incadea partners obtain access to the partner web on request. By means of the partner web you can get information on all current service packs, hotfixes and documentation, and download the respective files. Most importantly, the partner web provides online access to our ticket system and you have the possibility to get information on the status of previously submitted helpdesks.
To apply for a login, please send an email to incadea support including the following information: - company name - first name, last name - personal email address of the respective employee - security level (see table below)
Level	Role	Description
3	partner	Access to all areas in the partner web (ticket system, download area, knowledge base, etc.)
2	partner advanced	Like partner, but additional read permission concerning the interim reports you have sent to incadea. You can find the figures in the Sales Area under the menu option "forecast"
1	partner master	Complete access, as well as the possibility to edit your interim reports in the Sales Area under the menu "forecast"
Please keep in mind that incadea gives clearance for the relevant admissions here on explicit request of its partners only. incadea has to be informed about any changes (leaving employees, different security level, a.s.o.) concerning access. Responsibilities within the respective organizational structures of our partners cannot be examined by incadea.
